I feel like the space ghost page should mention the shows association with it. Ideally could also include whatever stuff people have about baffler meal.

General Wiki Discussion
Does anyone have the video where Dave & Matt allegedly confirmed that the Aqua Teens are creations of Dr. Weird. The video is unavailable now.
I still see this as plausible in-universe given that the double-length episode with the long title in Season 11 suggested that all three of the Aqua Teens have gems, suggesting that they may have been created by Dr. Weird. (I can only speculate about why C. Martin Croker did not return for this episode. Maybe it was just cut for time.) However, I don't want to list it as official anymore unless someone can track down the footage.
Attention: Due to excessive edits, I have "protected" the following pages from non-administrative edits for two weeks: "Season 11"; "Last Last One Forever and Ever"; "Anubis (episode)"
I noticed users kept changing the wording regarding whether or not the show is cancelled, and I didn't want it escalating as an edit war. No one is in trouble, but please consider talking out issues like this on talk pages in the future.
A lot of these edits were also speculation at this time. Maiellaro confirmed they weren't renewed, but I need you guys to understand that in 2015, cancellations were very different. With streaming and the way contracts work now, shows are cancelled and renewed all the time. If The Fairly Oddparents can get rebooted in 2024 after the live action reboot failed, then ATHF is not necessarily doomed. Yes, it's sad that they only gave us five more episodes, but the fate of the show is uncertain for now, and we shouldn't speculate about it too much on the articles, especially not on a page for a Season 6 episode.
That's all I have to say. Please be kind to each other. Thank you. --Shwartz
Good Afternoon. I go by FrostyCharm, I'm the person who edited Master Shake's page about two months back. I completely overhauled his Personality section and, eventually, his Relationships as well in order to update it to more faithful, unbiased description.
I briefly discussed these change with administrator Edd Swartz, and improved my original edit as best I could to de-formalize it. This has since been reverted to his old description as an administrative decision. Besides my messages with Swartz weeks ago, I was not contacted about this decision. I was told to start a discussion about this topic. I've never used Fandom before, so apologizes if I'm doing this wrong.
A user on the wiki recently corrected the episode "The Marines" as "Season 5, Episode 8" which confused me. I realized before reverting the edit that this was done because "Boston" is sometimes unofficially considered "Season 5, Episode 0" which would make "Robots Everywhere" Season 5 Episode 1, "Sirens" Season 5 Episode 2, etc.
I was actually wondering if anyone had any strong arguments for how to approach this problem. I would like to issue a proposal to make "Boston" Season 5, Episode 0 with the later Season 5 episodes being adjusted in episode number (both on the infobox and in the summary of the article before the first heading). This is a policy change for the entire wiki, but I will not be banning users for mistakenly issuing changes to the episode numbers after this proposal passes or fails. I do not enjoy banning users.
This proposal will NOT renumber "Boston" as anything other than Episode 69. I'm sure there's some fans who don't appreciate the "LOL Sixty-Nine" joke, but I'm not prepared to to start a massive fan war over it. The episode count of the show stays the way it is. This only affects the numbering within Season 5.
As usual, this will not be solved by counting votes because we don't have enough consistent contributors, but if a lot of people bring up valid arguments for "Boston" to be numbered "Season 5, Episode 1," and "Bible Fruit" to be labeled "Season 5, Episode 10," I will try to listen.
Also, I'm aware the crew refers to this season as "Season 8." I don't understand why. This has been called Season 5 for years, and Max (formerly HBO Max) agrees that this is Season 5. (Don't bring up the DVD or iTunes releases because those are volumes, not season box sets, aside from AUPS1.) Even though I would like to respect the crew who made the show, I am not interested in renumbering the season pages.
I will also be sharing this on the ATHF Wiki's Twitter page aquateenwiki
With that out of the way, let's start the discussion.
I have an announcement to make: We will be gathering quotes for the four main characters (Master Shake, Frylock, Meatwad, and Carl Brutananadilewski)! That's right. In the past, Quotes were delegated to the infobox. I'm not sure when this decision was made, but it was likely a haulover from the old administrator User:Master Shake, but I'm afraid it ends now. Rather than cramming the quotes into the infobox or bogging the page down with 50+ quotes in the article contents, we will be making them their own page in the format "{Character Name}/Quotes" eg, "Master Shake/Quotes"
Now I want to lead a discussion on which quotes to add. This will be a community discussion (not an administrators-only discussion). However, let's focus on the four main characters, beginning with Master Shake instead of making one absolute mess of a thread (or handling five or ten different threads, which would be a headache for me to moderate).
Ground Rules:
Be considerate of others. If you disagree with a quote being listed on the article "Master Shake/Quotes" do so in a respectful way.
Do not create the "Quotes" article(s) yourself. I need to hold the discussion first, so we can have a more complete, comprehensive article of quotes.
This is not the discussion page for "Frylock/Quotes" or "Meatwad/Quotes" or "Carl Brutananadilewski/Quotes" Trust me: We'll get to those, but I want to focus on one at a time. Likewise, do not suggest quotes for other characters unless they lead into a quote for Master Shake.
Do not spam this thread with nonsense that is not relevant to the discussion.
Guidlines:
I will only allow quotes from official sources which includes the show, the two movies, the spin-off Aquadonk Side Pieces, "Baffler Meal" (listed towards the end of the article and not before Season 1), and official adult swim promos (such as the Fake dot com endings). I will not allow fan fiction, unofficial productions (including those endorsed by Adult Swim or uploaded on Adult Swim's website). bootlegs, or other fan-created projects. Note that other spin-offs (such as Carl's web spin-off and Anime Talk Show) will be applicable in the future, but Shake does not appear in those spin-offs as far as I know.
Quotes from dream sequences and simulations (eg, "Super Birthday Snake") are allowed if they are representative of the character. However, if the joke is that the character doesn't act like themself because it's a dream sequence (such as Shake's story at the beginning of Aqua Teen Forever: Plantasm), it should probably not be listed. (I might this rule in the future if someone changes my mind.)
Try to stay on the topic of quotes for Shake. I enjoy a good tangent, but this thread can get messy in a hurry.
While not a hard rule, I would recommend browsing the wiki for the work (usually in the form of an episode or movie) where the quote comes from including a description of when it happens in the episode. I'd like these quotes on the page organized by season. If it's from Season 1, Season 2, most of Season 3, Season 5, or Season 8, I might be able to identify where it came from. However, please don't make me hunt for the source. If you can't remember which episode, please try to provide context, so I can deduce where it originates from.
Try to get the quote word for word if you can. The full series (except "Boston" and "Shake Like Me") are available on Max.
Try not to request too many quotes from the same episode. Additionally, there shouldn't be excessive quotes from any one season unless we are discussing Season 2 (which is twice as long as Season 7 and more than twice as long as Seasons 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 11 by episode count). Five Master Shake quotes per episode is probably more than enough, and we don't need a quote from every single episode. I will not put a limit on the number of quotes for the season unless it becomes a problem.
I would hope to have at least three to five quotes per season.
Not everything Shake says is a one-liner. Please provide context (such as what the character said to Shake to elicit a response from him) unless it is funny or memorable on its own and/or makes reasonable sense without context.
We may at some point designate one (1) line for the section "Quotes" which will link to the "Master Shake/Quotes" page. This quote should be something iconic that reflects, and is representative of, the character's personality throughout the majority of the show. (I have a good idea for Carl's quote, but I'll save that for later.)
I think that more or less covers it. I'll reply to myself with my own suggested quotes in time. I look forward to holding this discussion. Thank you.
All right, so I checked, and it is still not currently possible to name an article as all lower case. I will have to clean up the redirects after this proposal. (I thought the servers would give me a warning before I did it.)
Should the article for mc chris (aka Chris Ward) be renamed "MC Chris" or "MC chris"? My personal opinion is that if it cannot be how he stylizes his name, it should be changed to the grammatically preferred format of "MC Chris."
I will not be renaming the page to Chris Ward at this time. The Season 11 episode "Hospice" clearly credits him as "MC CHRIS" (in all upper case because of the stylized "anime" credits), so we will be using his stage name as the title of the page.
One last thing: Yes, the article says "mc chris" when you click on links to the page, but this is a wikitext trick. I know this means it technically doesn't matter, but I think we should try to be consistent about the redirects upon redirects.
I think the article for the episode "Shaketopia" should be called "Shaketopia (Episode)" with a separate article about the location of "Shaketopia." I know "Shaketopia" is about a VR game Shake's playing, so the location of Shaketopia is not real even within the context of the episode's world, but there is precedent for us to document it on its own page. Shake's pinball table has its own article, so depending on how much there is to work with from the full episode, we may be able to create an appropriate article for Shake's VR game world.
There's a lot I don't know as of writing this. It's possible that viewers will see other VR worlds created by the same VR technology, or maybe we will only see Shake's. If there are other VR worlds, then perhaps we could create just one article that covers them all. There's a lot we don't know, but I thought I should give everyone a heads up that I may be moving the current existing article to "Shaketopia (episode)"
In the future, I may make the "Synopsis" (not to be confused with the detailed "plot summary") consistent for every episode article. This would apply to articles about ATHF episodes only. Articles on characters, promos (such as the Fake Dot Com Endings), and shorts (such as the Aquadonk Side Pieces web series) will not be affected for various reasons.
My proposal is that all 139 articles have a synopsis before the first heading like the one on the "Grim Reaper Gutters" page. I feel like this will give long-time fans and casual users an easier time remembering what episode they're referring to. If a user tries to find an episode page based on what they remember about the episode, it may take them a while to read the episode summary before they can decipher if the article describes the episode they're looking for or not. (Maybe a user is looking for the episode "Super Sir Loin," but they can only remember that Meatwad was trying to collect as much garbage as possible.)
I don't want to just copy a summary from an official source like Max or [adult swim]'s website because at this time, I cannot vouch for those summaries. I might find that some of them don't describe the episode well enough for this purpose. It could also be seen as borderline plagiarism to just copy and paste from the paid streaming service.
The synopsis will be free for editing, provided the page isn't locked from non-administrative users for other reasons (eg, edit wars). I'm fine with adjusting the synopsis of an episode over time if it could be improved (especially if there's an objective mistake like a typo or a link to the wrong article). I don't necessarily want the synopsis to be completely re-written at the tip of a hat, but I'm fine with minor or even moderate changes. This is a collaborative wiki after all.
I don't know when such a project will be completed. I'd like to have it done in the first quarter of 2024, but I can't promise that at this time. I'd also like to hear thoughts on this fairly major change to the wiki in the comments below. I welcome comments and questions, but do keep in mind the community is not active enough that this can be decided with a vote. I think that's all I want to say for now. Thanks for reading.
Carl's favorite song is "More Than a Feeling" by Boston, but I can't remember the source of this information. Was it in ATHFCMFFT? I know it's referenced in "Carl's Theme" by 9 lb Hammer, but I can't remember where Carl said it himself in the show.
This is Shwartz here: Last night, I got really paranoid because of troubling reports (that now seem false) claiming that Twitter is removing all pre-2014 tweets. I backed up all tweets from series co-creator Dave Willis cited on the wiki as sources (that I know of) to the website archive dot org as best I could. This appears to have just been fearmongering, but I want to make sure tweet content cited on the wiki is preserved. Ergo, I bring a new rule to the wiki.
New policy: When a tweet from any ATHF cast or crew member (eg, Dave Willis, Dana Snyder, Jay Wade Edwards, etc.) is cited as a source on a wiki article, the exact quote (word for word, down to the punctuation) should be documented in the references tag as part of MLA formatting. If a user does not know how to do that, they should contact administrator Edd Shwartz [that's me] to do it for them. Additionally, they should provide the date the tweet was issued and the date the tweet was retrieved.
This is NOT worthy of a ban, but I want to archive information like this in case Twitter really does start removing old tweets for any reason. I don't care if you think it's not important. I want that information written down, so that it is accessible.
Hi, I'm new to this wiki, also, I can't seem to find the age rules. Just so you know, I'm 13 but if this wiki is 16+ or something I'll politely ask you to block me for 3 years.
Hello. This is Shwartz the administrator of the ATHF wiki, and I wanted some input before making a decision.
As of posting this (3 July 2023), there is an article called "Jay" which refers to the character modeled after non-fictional ATHF crew member Jay Edwards from "The" [sic] from Season 2. However, the page links to a page called "Jay Edwards" which redirects to "Jay." I was going to delete the "Jay Edwards" redirect in the hopes that someone will one day create a page for the actual crew member. However, perhaps it would be better to keep the two subjects on one page simply called "Jay Edwards"
Normally, I would just say "All right, if this proposal passes, we'll do this, and if this proposal has reasonable objections, we'll do nothing," but in this case, we have to do something either way. I don't think it's professional to keep redirects that cause an article to link to itself.
If this proposal succeeds: "Jay" will be renamed "Jay Edwards" and will discuss both the fictional and non-fictional subject matters.
If this proposal fails: The redirect for "Jay Edwards" will be deleted in favor of a separate page for the crew member.
I would like to add that this wiki is not a democracy because there's not enough frequent contributors. Ergo, I am not going to make this a simple poll. If you wish to make your voice heard, you have to make a comment here. This comment doesn't have to be a flawless argument. Simple comments like "I think this proposal should pass" or "I think Jay and Jay Edwards should be separate pages" are fine. I just want input right now.
Please be respectful in this discussion. Do not be rude to others who disagree.
Does anyone have any information about the animatic that was shown in the city of Boston on May 20th, such as the episode's official title? Is the Q&A going up on YouTube officially any time soon? Does anyone have a credible source on anything that was shared last night?
Warning: I want to be clear that if someone leaked (or will leak in the future) the animatic before the episode is officially released to the general public, it should not be shared here. Do NOT share unofficial leaks. Share articles (particularly from credible sources) and tweets from the crew. I do not want the wiki getting into trouble with a violation of FANDOM's TOS.
Welcome to the "Get Help from an Admin" thread. While I would encourage users to learn how to use the wiki's talk pages, I understand it can be intimidating for new users. Ergo, this thread is the place where users who may feel intimidated with using talk pages can communicate with admins. As an active administrator, I may also link back here when a user is given a warning, so that we may communicate and talk out whatever problem may have come up.
All wiki rules, including anything laid out by the Style Guide, should be followed. https://aqua-teen-hunger-force.fandom.com/wiki/ATHF_Wiki:Style_Guide Users should be careful about posting personal information (especially phone numbers or home addresses) here. This thread is also not the place to just chat.
I will try to be speedy with replies here, but please allow up to 48-72 hours for a reply.
Also, I would like to emphasize that this thread should be a place where people can safely ask administrators questions. Experienced users should not shame others for not knowing the answers (eg, "How do I add an article to a category?"). If a user has recently been given a warning, the user should not be harassed for discussing the problem with an administrator.
Notice: I may add or change rules associated with this thread in the future.
Please let me know how I can help in the thread below.
I would like to propose that the page Jerry be renamed to Dennis since it's revealed in the unabridged version of his conversation with his friend that his real name is Dennis. (Source: ATHF Volume 3 DVD "deleted scene.") I'm not sure why Shake calls him "Mr. Sticks" and why Meatwad calls him "Jerry." I think the Mr. Sticks article can keep its current name with a note at the top of the article that says "This character has no official name." However, I think it's jarring that both pages keep referring to the character Dennis as "Jerry" but in quotation marks.
Please reply to this thread with any thoughts of concerns. Thank you.
Hey, this is Shwartz, the current main administrator here on the ATHF wiki. In an effort to get the community of editors more involved, I'd like to start using this forum to discuss changes to the wiki.
I feel like people, especially new users, get intimidated by editing talk pages. I don't have a good solution for archiving the old talk pages while changing to the Message Walls, so I'll leave them be for now. However, from now on, I will try to start discussions like this one over on the forum with a message on the talk page summarizing the discussion and requesting people post over here.
Now, for these article "rename" discussions, non-administrator users are allowed to start discussions about renaming articles. Please be reasonable. Do not suggest the article "Carl Brutananadilewski" be renamed "Lars" because of one episode in a series with barely any continuity. I would like a formal message here (or on the talk page if the user prefers) explaining why the article should be renamed. I will try to be lenient with people adding "Template:Rename" to the article as long as it's not spam. Also, it is not required to title the discussion post in an overly specific way, but again, please be reasonable. I don't want to see proposals with random characters as the only title. If you don't know what to title, just put "Rename Proposal:" followed by the name of the current article. I will be posting an example of an article rename proposal very soon (probably today), so keep an eye out for it.
Thank you. Have a nice day.
Okay, so the new FANDOM layout has been put into place, and it appears the front page is incompatible with dark mode. I'm going to have to learn how to create and edit templates in order to fix everything. In the mean time, would anyone happen to know where I can find the wiki's old background image? Thank you for your patience as I learn how to deal with this situation.
I was watching this episode on HBO Max with the built-in app on my TV, and also had the captions turned on as I do for everything I watch. I noticed that the currency of the "White Aliens" is spelled and pronounced "Yorlock(s)" while on the wiki page for the episode, it is written "oarlocks." In addition to the spelling, I believe that it is a proper noun, and should always be capitalized because of that.
The wiki page for the "White Aliens" has it spelled and formatted correctly, if anyone wants a reference. I was unable to edit the page myself, so I wanted to post this here in the hopes someone who can and/or will edit it will see it.
Thanks for taking the time to read this post!
Edit - I was unable to edit the page for "Antenna" because I hadn't created an account. I have since done that and completed these edits.
