Balloonenstein first appears in the Season 1 episode, Balloonenstein. In the episode, Meatwad gains electrical powers after being placed into the dryer for a week by Master Shake. He then uses these powers to force Shake into being his personal slave, but soon realizes that nothing good is coming from his powers and that its hurting those around him.
