Balloonenstein first appeared in [[Season 1]] episode 5, [[Balloonenstein]], where [[Master Shake]] lures [[Meatwad]] into the dryer, and leaves it running for a week (according to Master Shake, it was "like three days."). Once [[Frylock]] returns home from being sucked into [[Dr. Weird]]'s vortex, he questions Master Shake where Meatwad is. Frantic yells for help then suddenly come from the dryer.
