Matt Maiellaro is one of the creators, writers, directors, and voice actors of Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Perfect Hair Forever, and the creator of 12 Oz. Mouse.
Profile
Matt Maiellaro was born on August 17, 1966 in Pensacola, Florida, and is a graduate of Pensacola Catholic High School. Prior to his work on ATHF, he was a producer and director of Space Ghost Coast to Coast from 1994 on. Maiellaro provides the voice for Ignignokt's companion Err on ATHF and provides many more voice acting roles on various other Adult Swim shows. Maiellaro met ATHF co-creator Dave Willis in 1995 when he came on set as a staff writer, and they have since produced many short films together, most notably A Day Off, which follows a Michael Myers puppet and documents what he does on his day off from murder.
Matt spends his free time playing electric guitar, which is showcased on various ATHF episodes and DVD special features. He wrote the Squidbillies theme song Warrior Man, and Mouse Fitzgerald, the main character in 12 Oz. Mouse is often seen playing metal guitar, with Maiellaro playing the actual guitar.
Maiellaro has appeared in cartoon form on ATHF, in the episode Carl when he shows up at Carl's house delivering Chinese food.
