The Mother Clam is a character that appears in the episode "The Last One Forever and Ever (For Real This Time) (We Fucking Mean It)." She is a large shellfish with a purple shell, containing a tongue and a jewel inside. The clam also has gigantic lips and can crush someone just by snapping its jaws shut.
In the episode, "The Last One Forever and Ever (For Real This Time) (We Fucking Mean It)," Frylock needs the jewel which is contained inside the Mother Clam to stay alive, as his jewel is running out of power, slowly killing him. Eventually, Frylock becomes too weak to go get it himself and sends Master Shake and Meatwad to retrieve the jewel. After Master Shake is killed by the French-speaking shellfish, Meatwad grabs the diamond from the Mother Clam, angering her and making her send the shellfish after him. Fortunately though, Meatwad uses the laser from the jewel to kill the Mother Clam and her shellfish minions.
