Eleventh Season

Just curious, but has it been officially announced that there will be an eleventh season? I don't have the time right now to scour for an official source, but a quick Google search just linked back to us.

It really depends on what you mean by "official." Dave Willis did say something along the lines of "Psst, don't tell anyone there's going to be 10 new episodes" on Twitter but [adult swim] hasn't said anything. When Season pages show up under "Read More..." without an image, they show up as text, and it looks very bad, almost as if the website were incomplete in several important areas. It's like when you link to an image on a blog, and the image is taken down and replaced with a "404 Error" message. It makes the webpage look bad. It also makes the article look incomplete. Pages on upcoming projects (like Death Fighter up until a few weeks ago) are the only pages that should be allowed to stand without an image. Season 11 might be upcoming, but the other seasons have been out for several months to several years. The infobox looks incomplete. Look at how it looks now. It looks like we couldn't be bothered to find an image. I understand that with Seasons 2-7, we never got a whole lot of promotional art to use here, but we have to use something. The page looks absolutely lazy without any sort of image. The image looks nice. It sums up the show: food items goofing off. Infoboxes were designed with images in mind, after all. There's no reason not to have an image, and unless you can link to an photo that summarizes the entire season for each season page, that's the best thing we have for the picture. I mean, what could summarize Season 4, with a talking dog modeled after Shake's hand, Dr. Wongburger, the Mooninites hypnotizing Carl, Shake moving in with the legendary Dirtfoot, Carl Brain and Carl Jr. stealing Carl Brutananadilewski's brain, et cetera? Agreed with Edd. There should be some kind of image in the infobox, whether that be the promotional image, the DVD Boxart, or the season titlecard.-Siberian99 (talk) 22:06, May 14, 2015 (UTC)

Edd Shwartz – Shwartz TALK – EddShwartz(Rollbacker) As a rule of thumb, if you're changing something that isn't deliberately wrong (adding Master Shake to the "Season 10 Episodes" category, a "fact" about production that has been contradicted in several other commentaries, etc.) and it would involve changing more than three pages, you should probably start a talk page for it. I'm not entirely sure that would work for all seasons, considering the episodes are released in volumes rather than seasons. However, I think it could work for Season 8 onwards. Until we get a Season 11 iTunes release, maybe we could get a screenshot of the ATHFF trailer. You know, the part where it says the name of the new season... Sources on Episode Pages

I apologize for taking so long to post this, but I had to do it eventually.

The sources provided by Grapesoda22 for individual Season 11 pages are no longer useful (not that I'm trying to pin the blame on him). The website no longer lists the original airdate and instead lists upcoming re-runs for the seasons, so they now serve little purpose other than confirming the correct titles. Of course, if [adult swim] stops airing re-runs (for example, they might start airing ATHF re-runs instead of ATHFF re-runs), these titles will stop showing up. Does anyone know a better way to confirm the airdates for this stuff. Edd Shwartz (talk) 23:04, September 20, 2015 (UTC)
