Uncle Cliff
Uncle Cliff is Ignignokt's mentally handicapped uncle who makes his first and only appearance in "Remooned", he is voiced by Nick Ingkatanuwat[1].
After Ignignokt and Err get bored of graffitiing the Moon, they decide to pay a visit to Uncle Cliff, who hasn't been "alright" since the Lunar War and is now shoveling rocks around. And after Err terrorizes him for a while, they end up noticing the giant check that the Government gave to him for being crazy, prompting the Mooninites to steal it from him to cash it out on earth, he is then crushed by a rock.
