A sleeping Master Shake, next to an enlarged hotdog wiener, is woken up by Carl, Meatwad, Frylock, and Freanchfies who are now small enough that they have crawled into Shake's brain, or lack thereof. Frylock gets Shake to increase Meatwad with the shrink ray (two times his size), but Meatwad does not return the favor, instead finding amusement in the overgrown hotdog.
While fallen asleep, Meatwad is waken up by Frylock when Frenchfries hears Frylock waking Meatad up, Frylock is not inside of Meatwad. And Frenchfries is not inside of Meatwad, too. After Meatwad is waken up by Frylock, Frenchfries cheers to Frylock for waking up Meatwad and she throws confetti on Frylock's fries and Frylock was smiling. Meatwad offers Frylock some of the overgrown hotdog. In Frylock and Freanchfies' room, Carl is getting ready to increase his "package." Frylock and Frenchfies reveals to Meatwad that Carl and Frylock and Frenchfies had to blow out one of Meatwad's eyeballs to get out. After Carl "enhances" himself, items that after seeing all the mayhem it has caused, and crab louse start to pop out of Carl's pants.

Frylock and Frenchfries unveils their new shrink rays, and then is shrunk down to retrieve a microchip swallowed by Meatwad. Shake then takes advantage of the opportunity and shrinks Carl to force them to fight! Frylock and Carl and Frenchfries are shrunk down so far they enter Master Shake's head and use his brain to unshrink Meatwad who becomes distracted by a giant hot dog.
